What We Offer
We will look after your dog as if they were our own
Boarding
We offer 100 indoor kennels within a fully insulated building. Our facility is both naturally and mechanically ventilated to keep air fresh, and the fiberglass reinforced plastic kennels are sealed to reduce the risk of infections. The dog rooms have ceiling fans and an air-conditioner to help keep the dogs cool in summer and warm in winter, which is great for dogs that are sensitive to weather extremes.
We guarantee your dog/s will have their own kennel and will not share a kennel with dogs from other clients. We supply all your bedding needs, with an orthopaedic trampoline bed and a polar fleece blanket, so no need to bring anything!
Dogs in our Blue and Red rooms have direct access to an outside courtyard during the day and are rotated through our larger exercise yards 2-3 times a day. Small social dogs staying in our Aqua rooms have access to a common indoor and outdoor play area.
If you would like your dog/s socialised, we can arrange yard sessions so that temperament tested dogs can meet and play together if there are suitable matches. If your dog/s prefer their own company, they can enjoy the serenity of having the exercise yard to themselves.
Please note that larger dogs will only be socialised if they have attended daycare or are otherwise deemed to have a suitable temperament to play with other dogs.
You have the option to purchase extended play and care packages to suit your dog’s needs, and can also purchase treats for your pooch to enjoy during your stay.
Dogs will be fed a high quality holistic dry food. Feel free to speak with us if you wish to provide your own food, as we are happy to prepare special meals if this is what your dog requires.
We use and recommend The Lake Veterinary Hospitals and have an affiliation with them for any care that is required for dogs during their stay.
Check-in and check-out times
are strictly 8:00am-11:30am
or 2:00pm-4:00pm
everyday except public holidays which are 8:00am-11:30am or 2:00pm-3:00pm.
We are closed on Good Friday and Christmas Day.
We welcome you and your family to come and
tour our facility
between 10:00am-11:00am or 2:00pm-3:00pm any day of the week (excluding public holidays). Please call the office ahead of time so we can ensure we have a staff member available for your tour.
Please do not bring your dog along for the tour. We have strict protocols that require us to inspect vaccination certificates and check all dogs wellbeing prior to entering the facility.

New customers
are welcome to book online and we will simply phone you with a couple of questions once we receive your booking request. We can answer any of your questions at this stage too.

Note: Rates are charged by the calendar day - i.e. each day your dog is at the facility including check-in and check-out days. For example, if you check your dog in on a Saturday and check them out on the Sunday (the next day), this is TWO calendar days.
Long-term discount
of 10% applies to bookings of 29 days or more.
We can also provide one-on-one playtimes, walks or cuddle sessions. These can be booked at your preferred frequency (i.e. as a one-off, a daily activity or anything in between):
- 30 minutes: $30
- 60 minutes: $50
The following restrictions apply to
undesexed dogs over 7 months of age:
- Additional daily surcharge as outlined above.
- Limits on numbers of un-desexed dogs boarded at one time.
- Undesexed females must have an emergency contact on standby to pick up the dog should she come into season while boarding. Dogs who are in-season are not permitted to stay under any circumstances.
We require a
current C5 vaccination
for all dogs attending the facility. We need to sight a copy of your dog's vaccination certificate before they come in. If your dog's vaccinations have lapsed by more than 2 weeks, they will need to wait 2 weeks after they are vaccinated again before they can come in. Puppies must have completed their full three-dose course of puppy vaccinations and wait at least 2 weeks after their final dose before they can come in.
Daycare
We are taking new bookings for Daycare!
We offer a daycare service for busy dog owners during the school terms.
Daycare runs Monday to Thursday. It does not operate on weekends, public holidays or over the Christmas/New Year period.
We will match your dog with compatible companions to spend the day with. They will enjoy a play in the yard with the option to relax in a kennel between play sessions if needed. All dogs must be social
with other dogs and happy to be around other dogs for the day.
You can drop your dog off from 7:00am-11:30am
and pick them up from 2:00pm-5:45pm.
Alternatively, you can utilise our
bus service
to pick up your dog and/or drop them home. The doggy daycare bus is available Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays (pending location and vacancy). Transport is $12.50 each way.
We offer an optional rinse & towel-dry
at the end of the day. This is perfect for dogs who like to get muddy! Rinses are $12.00 each, or a prepaid rinse pass is available for a discounted rate.
We require a current C5 vaccination
